First Chronicles Chapter 5

The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, for he was the firstborn. But since he defiled his father's bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph, the son of Israel. The genealogy is not to be counted according to the birthright.
Judah prevailed among his brothers and from him came the chief ruler. But the birthright was Joseph's.
The children of Reuben the firstborn of Israel were Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.
The sons of Joel were Shemaiah his son, Gog his son, Shimei his son,
Micah his son, Reaiah his son, Baal his son,
Beerah his son, whom King Tilgathpilneser of Assyria carried away, was ruler of the men of Reuben.
His brothers by their families in the genealogy of their generations were Jeiel the chief, Zechariah,
Bela the son of Azaz, the son of Shema, the son of Joel, who lived in Aroer, even to Nebo and Baalmeon.
He lived as far to the east as the entrance of the wilderness from the river Euphrates because their cattle were multiplied in the land of Gilead.
In the days of Saul, they made war with the Hagarites who fell by their hand. They lived in their tents throughout all the east of Gilead.
The children of Gad lived opposite them in the land of Bashan to Salchah.
Joel, the chief, and Shapham, the next, and Jaanai, and Shaphat in Bashan.
Their brothers from the house of their fathers were Michael, Meshullam, Sheba, Jorai, Jachan, Zia, and Heber, seven total.
These were the children of Abihail the son of Huri, the son of Jaroah, the son of Gilead, the son of Michael, the son of Jeshishai, the son of Jahdo, the son of Buz,
Ahi the son of Abdiel, the son of Guni, chief of the house of their fathers.
They lived in Gilead in Bashan and in her towns and in all the open lands of Sharon on their borders.
All these were counted by genealogies in the days of King Jotham of Judah and in the days of Jeroboam, king of Israel.
The sons of Reuben and the Gadites and half the tribe of Manasseh were valiant men. These men lifted up shield and sword and to shoot with bow and skillful in war were 44,760 who went to the war.
They made war with the Hagarites, with Jetur and Nephish and Nodab.
They were helped against them and the Hagarites were delivered to them and all who were with them. For they cried out to God in the battle and He was pleased to hear them because they put their trust in Him.
They took away their cattle. Of their camels 50,000, of sheep 250,000, of donkeys 2,000, and of men 100,000.
Many fell down slain because the war was of God. They lived in their places until the captivity.
The children of the half tribe of Manasseh lived in the land. They increased from Bashan to Baalhermon and Senir, and to Mount Hermon.
These were the heads of the house of their fathers: Epher, Ishi, Eliel, Azriel, Jeremiah, Hodaviah, and Jahdiel, mighty men of war, famous men, heads of the house of their fathers.
They sinned against the God of their fathers and went lusting after the gods of the people of the land whom God destroyed before them.
The God of Israel stirred up the spirit of King Pul of Assyria and the spirit of King Tilgathpilneser of Assyria. He exiled the people of Reuben, the people of Gad, and the half tribe of Manasseh, and brought them to Halah and Habor and Hara and to the river Gozan to this day.
