This letter to the Colossians emphasizes the importance of following
the true Gospel. Yeshua-Jesus is the central figure.
He existed before time began and He is the one who brings God and
the human race together again.
Rituals, regulations, philosophical reasonings, and self-denial are
not what is required. Rather, right relationships and attitudes
among Christians, and within the family of believers, in the work place,
and in the world are of paramount importance.
