Acts Chapter 3

Now Peter and John went together into the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour, or three o'clock in the afternoon.
A certain man who had been lame from his mother's womb was carried and laid daily at the gate of the temple called Beautiful to ask for alms~ from those who entered the temple.
Upon seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, the lame man asked them for alms~.
Fastening his eyes upon the man Peter, with John, said: Look at us.
The man gave heed to them, waiting+ expectantly to receive something from them.
Then Peter said: Silver and gold I do not have. But such as I have, I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.
Then Peter took the lame man by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
The man jumped+ up, stood and walked and entered with them into the temple, walking and leaping and praising God.
All the people saw him walking and praising God.
They knew that it was the lame man who had sat asking for alms~ at the Beautiful gate of the temple and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
As the lame man who was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
When Peter saw this, he answered the people: Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Why do you look so earnestly at us as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
The God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob, the God of our fathers has glorified His Son Jesus whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate when Pilate was determined to let Jesus go.
But you denied the Just and Holy One and desired a murderer be granted to you.
You killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.
It is Jesus name, through faith in His name, that has made this man, whom you see and know, strong. Yes, faith in Jesus has given this man perfect~ soundness in the presence of you all.
Now family+, I know+ that it was through ignorance that you and your rulers did what you did.
But those things that God long before had shown by the mouths of all His prophets that Christ would suffer, Jesus has indeed fulfilled.
Therefore, repent and be converted so that your sins may be blotted out and so that times of refreshing will come from the presence of the Lord.
God will send Jesus Christ who was proclaimed+ to you before.
Meanwhile, Jesus must be received in heaven until the times of restoration+ of all things that God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.
For Moses truly said to the fathers: The Lord your God will raise up a prophet to you, like me, from among your family+. You shall hear Him in everything+ He shall say to you. Deuteronomy 18:15
And it shall come to pass, that every soul who will not hear that prophet will be destroyed from among the people. Deuteronomy 18:19
Yes, and all the prophets from Samuel and all those who followed after, all+ who have spoken have likewise foretold of these days.
You are the children of the prophets and of the covenant~ that God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham: And in your descendants+, all the families+ of the Earth will be blessed. Genesis 18:18
To you first, God raised up His Son Jesus and sent Him to bless you in turning everyone of you away from your iniquities.
