Revelation Chapter 12

Then a great wonder appeared in Heaven: A woman clothed with the Sun, the Moon under her feet, and a crown with twelve stars on her head.
Being in labor+ with child, she cried out in pain to give birth.
Then another wonder appeared in Heaven: Behold, a great dragon with seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns upon its heads.
Its tail drew together a third of all the stars of Heaven and cast them to the Earth. Then the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth+, to devour her child as soon as it was born.
After the woman brought forth a man child to guide+ all the nations with a rod of iron, her child was caught up to God and to His throne.
The woman then fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God who would care+ for her there for a thousand two hundred and sixty days.
Then there was a great war in Heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and the dragon fought back, but his angels
did not prevail. There was no place for them in Heaven any more.
The great dragon known as the old serpent, the Devil, and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world, was cast out onto the Earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Then I heard a loud voice in Heaven say: Now, salvation and strength and the kingdom of God and the authority+ of His Christ have come. For the accuser of our family+ who accused them before our God day and night has now been cast down.
Believers overcame Satan by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, not loving~ their own lives to the death.
Therefore rejoice O Heavens and you who live in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the Earth and of the sea. For the devil has come down to you with great wrath, because he knows that he has only+ a short time.
When the dragon saw that he was cast down to the Earth, he persecuted the woman who brought forth the man child.
But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle so that she could fly to the wilderness, to her place where she she would be nourished~ and protected from the presence+ of the serpent for a time and times~ and half a time.
Then the serpent thrust+ water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman so that he might try to cause her to be carried away by the flood.
But the Earth helped the woman. It opened up its mouth and swallowed up the flood that the dragon had thrust out of its mouth.
Then the dragon was angry+ with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
