 1 Then I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels: Go and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the Earth. 2 The first angel poured out his vial on the Earth and an evil+ and grievious sore fell on those who had the mark of the beast and on those who worshiped his image. 3 The second angel poured out his vial on the sea and it became like the blood of a dead man and every soul living in the sea died. 4 The third angel poured out his vial on the rivers and fountains of waters and they became blood. 5 I heard the angel of the waters say: You are righteous, O Lord, who is and was and shall be, because you have judged in this manner+. 6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink, which is a worthy judgment. 7 Then I heard another voice from the altar say: So be it Lord God Almighty, your judgments are true and righteous. 8 The fourth angel poured out his vial on the Sun and it was given power to scorch mankind+ with fire. 9 Therefore great heat scorched mankind+ and they cursed+ the name of God who has authority+ over these plagues, but they did not repent to give Him glory. 10 The fifth angel poured out his vial on the throne+ of the beast and his kingdom was filled with darkness and they gnawed their tongues with pain. 11 They cursed+ the God of Heaven because of their pain and sores, and they did not repent of their deeds. 12 The sixth angel poured out his vial on the great river Euphrates and its water was dried up so that the way for the kings of the east would be prepared. 13 Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 These are the spirits of demons+ working pretended miracles~. They go to all the kings of the Earth and of the whole world to gather them together for the final battle of that great day of God the Almighty. 15 The Lord said: Behold I will come like a thief, unexpected. Blessed are those who watch and keep their garments ready, lest they walk naked and in shame. Matthew 25:13 16 Then the spirits gathered them together to a place called Armageddon in Hebrew. 17 The seventh angel poured his vial into the air and a great voice came out of the temple in Heaven from the throne saying: It is done. 18 Then there were voices, thunder, lightning and a great Earthquake. Such a great and mighty Earthquake had not previously occurred since mankind+ came upon the Earth. 19 The great city was broken into three parts and the cities of the nations fell. And then God remembered to give the great Babylon the cup filled with the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. 20 Every island fled away and mountains just disappeared+. 21 Great hail with stones the weight of a talent fell from Heaven onto mankind+. People+ cursed+ God because the plague of hail was so exceedingly great.
