Revelation Chapter 20

I then saw an angel come down from Heaven with the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
He laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent who is the Devil or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
Then the Lord cast Satan into the bottomless pit and shut him up and set a seal on him so that he could no longer+ deceive the nations until the thousand years would be fulfilled. After that, Satan must be loosed again for a short+ time.
Then I saw thrones and sitting on them and giving judgment were those souls who had been beheaded for their testimony+ for Jesus and for the Word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image nor received his mark on their foreheads or in their hands, and therefore they would live and reign with Christ for a thousand years.
But the rest of the dead would not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Blessed and holy are those who have a part in the first resurrection. The second death will have no authority+ over them, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ and shall reign with Him for a thousand years.
When the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released+ from his prison.
He will go out to deceive all the nations in the four corners+ of the Earth, Gog~ and Magog~, to gather them together for battle. The number of them is like grains of sand on the seashore+.
The enemy went across+ the breadth of the Earth and surrounded+ the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And then fire came down from God in Heaven and consumed+ them.
The devil who had deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are, and where they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Then I saw a great white throne and the Lord who sat on it. Heaven and Earth fled away from His face and no place was found for them.
I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God and the books were opened. Then another book called the Book of Life was opened and the dead were judged out of those things that were written in the books, according to their works.
The sea gave up the dead that were in it. Death and Hell delivered up the dead that were in them. Everyone+ was judged according to their works.
Then death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire, and this is the second death.
Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
